Our yoga classes have a very simple approach: whether you are a beginner or seasoned yogi, “we are here to serve you” and to celebrate the progression and milestones you’ve achieved. This program is designed to provide you with the instructions and options to take your practice to a whole new level. There are many different styles of yoga available today – and you will experience a combination of classical hatha yoga (which is a great foundation for all other styles), along with Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and more… You will stand taller, feel stronger, and experience a calmer mind.
