After taking my first Pilates class, I was immediately intrigued by its complexity and it was an easy choice to become an avid student. For years I had searched for a type of movement that could not only keep me strong and healthy, but also make my body healthy and feel fantastic without overworking it or burning it out. I fell in love with not only the theory and exercises, but the endless benefits I had found both mentally and physically.  It didn’t take long to realize that this was something I could do everyday, no matter what time of day and do nothing but fall deeper in love with it. In 2016, it was this exact passion that led me to a complete shift in careers and with a lot of hard work and dedication, I became a Certified STOTT Pilates Instructor and have never looked back!

Whether I’m teaching a class or a private session, my focus is to provide a balance of functional exercises and incorporate a degree of challenge and progression, all the while keeping it fun! On a daily basis I’m inspired by the changes I see in front of me as I watch my clients build strength and make their health a priority. Nothing feels better than being a part of  turning an “ I can’t “ exercise into a proud Pilates moment for my clients!

When I’m not teaching or doing Pilates, you can find me somewhere outdoors by my partners side whether it be on our kayaks, fishing, at the beach, checking out different nature trails with our pup and more often than not with an ice cream cone in hand.. Because life is all about a healthy balance!
