The Spring Wall provides a very functional full body workout that challenges you in standing, kneeling, side lying, prone & supine positions. It combines the best of Matwork core exercises with the added resistance of spring tension unique and different from the Reformer. The Spring Wall™ facilitates the use of Stability balls, Rotational Discs, and Stability Cushions for additional exercise variations and modifications. This workout is designed to add a new challenge to the traditional Pilates exercises by incorporating spring resistance with tough to hold positions. These classes will help improve posture, offer variety to your Pilates regime, and leave you feeling balanced and strong! Previous experience in both Matwork and Reformer recommended.
