Certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor.

During my last year of high school, I was placed at Create Balance as a Co-op student.  Little did I know, this placement would solve the mystery of what I want to pursue in life and lead me to discover my deepest passion:  PILATES!

Pilates was exactly the method of exercise I didn’t know I had been searching for.  I found it fascinating how connecting the mind to the body and moving with control leads the muscles to work so much more efficiently.  I was hooked from my first class…so a year later in 2016, I pursued the IMP and IR courses to become certified to step out from the desk and in front of the class!  I have been teaching full time ever since, and have progressed my education by getting a Physiotherapist Assistant diploma, becoming a certified Canfitpro trainer, and taking the STOTT Pilates Stability Chair course.

In every session I combine my knowledge of physiotherapy with pilates, thus correcting any imbalances within the body so you can move better and feel better. My goal is to have each person tune deep into their body in order to push themselves to their fullest individual capabilities – while also having a few laughs at my corny jokes along the way!
