power of intentional movement and the benefits it has on both physical and mental well-being. Whenever the weight of the world starts to feel a little too heavy, I find myself craving movement. Whether it is dance, Pilates, or a simple walk, physical activity grounds me, reconnects me with my body, and helps me regulate my nervous system.
This continued need for mindful movement is what eventually led me to discover STOTT Pilates. I found it at the perfect time, right after graduating university and feeling unsure of which step to take next. Combined with my dance background, I’ve always had a passion for helping others, so becoming an instructor felt like the perfect fit.
The STOTT method can help anyone feel like their healthiest, most balanced self. I am so excited to share this passion with clients and watch as they build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to their own bodies.
