Class Schedule

GETTING STARTED

We recommend that everyone begin with an Introductory Group Class. This session is designed to familiarize you with the fundamentals and help you feel confident as you begin your practice.

From there, the next step is to attend an Essential Level Class, where we place strong emphasis on the STOTT PILATES® Principles and we progress into essential movement patterns popular and familiar throughout our schedule. The principles are key in developing the foundational strength and awareness needed to support your ongoing progress so practice in applying them is important before moving on.

When viewing our schedule, please note:
Any class without a level listed is taught as a Level II (Multi-Level) Class. These classes are ideal for those who have completed an Introductory or Essential Level class and feel comfortable progressing. Instructors will offer modifications and variations to support a range of abilities.
