appreciation for mindful movement and holistic well-beingOver the years, I’ve experienced how different I feel both physically and mentally when Pilates is part of my life — feeling more grounded, calm, and connected compared to when it isn’t.
I am passionate about supporting people who are seeking not only physical strength, but also mental balance and stress relief. After having two children, I felt ready to change my career and pursue something I truly enjoy. Seeing how impactful Pilates can be for people of all abilities and levels of physical experience inspired me to take this step.
As an instructor, I focus on creating clear, approachable, and beginner-friendly classes, emphasizing strong foundations, safe movement, and a supportive environment. I am excited to be part of the team at Create Balance Pilates.
