ANNETTE RUDEL

STOTT PILATES®Trained

My approach to Pilates is all about helping the body feel strong, aligned, and thriving.  My journey began in classical ballet, where years of training instilled a deep appreciation for precision, fluidity, and body awareness.

Those early lessons in posture and efficient movement naturally led me to Pilates, a practice that feels like home for both my body and teaching style.

Before stepping into the pilates studio, I worked as a registered midwife—an experience that profoundly shaped how I understand and support the human body. Guiding individuals and families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care taught me about strength, adaptability, and the power of compassionate, personalized care. That same empathy and attentiveness now guide how I work with every client, meeting them exactly where they are.

By combining my background in ballet, healthcare, and STOTT Pilates training, I bring a thoughtful yet energizing approach to movement. As a STOTT Pilates Instructor-in-Training, my goal is to blend breath and movement with mindful technique, and create sessions that are both empowering, and enjoyable.
